Bounceback Highland CIC was established with a clear purpose: to create meaningful opportunities for people facing personal, social, or economic barriers to employment. We operate as a community interest company, reinvesting all surplus into our core mission of empowerment, training, and regional revitalisation. 

Through strategic partnerships, including collaboration with local authorities and other community stakeholders, we provide hands-on work experience in painting and decorating while delivering high-quality, low-cost services to community spaces and vulnerable groups. 

Our long-term aim is to reduce unemployment, promote social inclusion, and build stronger, more resilient communities across the Highlands.
